BLOCKED DRAINS
Sewer blockages can be very messy and unpleasant.

LEAKING TAPS
Leaking taps are the most common call for maintenance plumbers and are usually the easiest to repair.

Things you should know:
1. Where is your water meter? You should familiarise yourself with the location of your water meter as it has a shut off valve to your property. This can save your house from being flooded.
2. If you live in an apartment; check under your kitchen sink, laundry tub, bathroom or the cupboard with the hot water system in it. This can save your apartment from being flooded.

Hot water systems

Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMV)

TMV’s are installed in places like hospitals, childcare centres, aged care facilities and schools.
These are required to be tested, checked and serviced annually to meet the Australian Standards.
McVeigh Plumbing is licensed to test and service any of your thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs) you may have.
Pumps and Macerators
Pumps can break down at the most inconvenient times. If pumps and macerators are not maintained they can very costly to repair or replace.
